A farce from the future.
Comment
I guess that ”Hotel Phoenix” must be the part of my work that I like the least.
It was commisioned as one of three one-acts to play together as a vision of the town of Hjørring in year 2043. Which might have been an interesting concept in the first place, but turned out rather lame. ”Hotel Phoenix” was definitely the most boisterously humorous of the three plays, but also the most chaotic and incoherent – with a really silly point being that nobody was supposed to notice that the guy in the wheelchair was a skeleton...
Some work would be better forgotten.
